This collection of juices has been hand-crafted with the needs of busy multi-tasking women in mind. Each recipe supports a specific aspect of women’s health to help you look and feel your best.

To make these drinks at home, you’ll need a kitchen blender to mix the fruit juice and fresh produce together. But if you don’t have one, no worries! The Wonder Woman iced tea is made by simply steeping and straining the raspberry leaf tea, and then stirring in the other ingredients to create a deliciously refreshing drink.

1) Energy Elixir
Orange, Kiwi, Spinach, Chia Seeds

Fuel your day with this top-notch energy boost combining a double dose of Vitamin C from orange juice and kiwi fruits, and fortified with iron from raw spinach. We’ve also added chia seeds, prized since ancient times for their ability to provide long-term energy (“chia” is the ancient Mayan word for “strength”).

Apple, Banana, Avocado, Collagen Boost

Get the goodness in and pamper your skin with our nutritious beauty blend. Bananas and avocados are rich in Biotin, a beneficial B vitamin that contributes to healthy skin, strong nails and luscious hair. Plant-based collagen helps protect skin quality from the inside out.

3) Move On Up
Mango, Pineapple, Coconut milk drink*, Turmeric (*contains soya)

Start the day on the front foot with our cheery sunshine yellow super-smoothie. Specially designed to fight inflammation and protect joints, we’ve blended succulent mango with rich coconut milk and anti-inflammatory pineapple. Turmeric, a member of the ginger family, contains the active ingredient curcumin which is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agent. There is evidence to suggest that women absorb curcumin more efficiently than men.

4) Berry Well
Pomegranate, Strawberry, Cranberry, Apple

Prevent cell damage with our triple berry blend. This smoothie is packed with antioxidants that protect the health of your cells by countering the damaging effects of free radicals.
