  • Used for specified, explicit purposes
  • Used in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to only what is necessary accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date
  • Kept for no longer than is necessary
  • Handled in a way that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unlawful or unauthorised processing, access, loss, destruction or damage

How We Use This Information

We may use this data in the following ways:

  • Where we need to perform a contract that we have entered into with your organisation as a Sejuiced client. For example, in order to generate an invoice and to arrange delivery of our products we would need to collect your address. We may also share your information with reputable third party vendors who we employ to perform tasks on our behalf (such as a courier company)
  • Where we need to co-operate with a lawful request for information to fulfil a regulatory or legal obligation or to protect the rights, property or safety of Sejuiced employees, our stakeholders and contacts. For example, we may need to pass information on to a regulatory body or public authority to meet a law enforcement requirement (for example, as part of a criminal investigation)
  • Where we use it for our legitimate interests. For example, we may use a business email address to send information about relevant products and services where a particular interest has been shown. We will always respect your right to opt out from these communications at any time (see “Exercising Your Rights”, below). We also have a legitimate interest to analyse our website traffic in order to maintain a good level of service, for example monitoring successful page loads or error messages and for marketing purposes
  • Where we use social media to promote products. For example, we may use a company name or photographs containing a company’s logo and/or images of employees to promote some of our products on social media. This will only be done with your prior permission. Please note that your interactions with those platforms are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them

We may transfer, sell or assign any of the information described in this Privacy Policy to third parties as a result of a sale, merger, consolidation, change of control, transfer of assets or reorganisation of our business.
