The eminent wine writer Matthew Jukes had a vision: to create a sophisticated series of drinks with the same complexity as fine wine, but without any alcohol while employing extremely low calories. He engaged Sejuiced to help him develop the first two recipes of his premium, adult drinks which we made by infusing natural ingredients with organic apple cider vinegar.
